We are so lucky to have found Jim, his wife and team! They worked into the late hours of the evening on several occasions to open our pool as early as was possible last summer and close our pool in the fall. Having our pool brought to life and opened saved our pandemic summer with a 1 year old and a 5 year old. We would recommend Pittstown Pool Service to all!

Jim and his wife recently closed my pool. We just bought our house (3 days ago) and have no experience how to close, maintain, or care for a pool. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He took the time to explain what they were doing and made recommendations on improvements to increase the longevity of my pool ( no hard sales pitch, even explained how I could do myself).

Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and responsive. We reached out to have our inground pool closed for the winter, while closing he walked me through the process and shared suggestions to address existing issues and prevent potential issues in the future due to the cold temperatures. Jim was awesome. I’m a first time pool owner, and Jim was very thorough with explaining everything when he came. I was having trouble with my saltwater system, and he came to the house within a couple days. Unfortunately my saltwater system needed to be replaced, but Jim was able to give me an estimate quickly. I also scheduled a pool closing with Jim while he was there since his price couldn’t be beat! Very reasonable prices, and HIGHLY recommend.

Jim and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! After hunting around for help after getting zero help from my pool service and having two other companies unable to help Jim was able to get my problem analyzed, fixed and turn my pool from a swamp to the blue oasis my family know and loves.
